04/08/2002 - L'Oreal Plant Damage Restored By Universal Restoration Services

On April 8, 2002, the L'Oreal Plant in Chicago, IL was damaged by a fire, which spread to nearly one quarter of the facility.   The extent of damage included the facility's warehouse, a number of common areas, and administrative offices. 

Universal Restoration Services immediately responded to the loss and subsequently performed the structural cleaning,  replacement of the facility's fire suppression system, repair of the electrical system, and overall mitigation of the loss to minimize the impact on L'Oreal's business.

03/31/2002 - Universal Restoration Services Successfully Restores Lake Park Plaza Condominiums, Chicago, IL

On January 19, 2002, Lake Park Plaza Condominiums experienced two separate fires, apparently the result of arson. The fires damaged property in the building's basement and numerous individual units. LPP has hired Universal Restoration Services, with a crew of 50 people, to clean every hallway and all common areas.Universal Restoration Services is also working with individual residents to restore and clean affected units.
